Welcome to Désordre! By using our app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.

2. Eligibility

The app is intended for use by individuals aged 13 or older, primarily students enrolled in Indian educational institutions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Payments

Payments for food orders can be made via integrated UPI systems (e.g., PhonePe). All transactions are subject to PhonePe's and our terms.

We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment services.

5. Order Management

Once an order is placed and payment is successful, it will be processed by the mess partner. Cancellations and refunds are governed by individual mess policies.

6. Wallet Use

If you use our in-app wallet, funds added via UPI (PhonePe) are tracked and stored as digital balance. Wallet balance is non-transferable and may not be withdrawn as cash.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Upload harmful or misleading content

8. Intellectual Property

All app content (logos, text, features) is the property of Désordre and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

Use of the app is at your own risk. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party mess vendors or payment failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be resolved in the jurisdiction of Azamgarh, UP.
